2 cups dried chickpeas
4 Tbsp Salt
3 Jalapenos
1 bunch Spinach
4 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Lemon
1/2 cup tahini
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
Boil chickpeas in water with 3 Tbsp Salt, 3 tablespoons Black Pepper, and 1 chopped Jalapeno.
Strain out chickpeas and allow to cool.
Pour chickpeas into food processor along with Tahini, remaining salt and black pepper, 2 chopped Jalapenos, juice from 1 lemon, Olive Oil, and the Spinach (chopped up to help the food processor blend it easier)
