Mugwort (1 tbsp per cup)
Roses (1 tsp per cup)
Calamus (1/2 tsp per cup)
Damiana (1/2 tsp per cup)
Peppermint (1/2 tsp per cup)
Optional honey to taste.
For added vibrational frequency, allow herbs to sit in a bowl with kyanite stone and labradorite.
Remove stones.
Pour boiled water over herbs.
Let sit for at least one hour.
