The first word that comes to mind with Matts KimChi is adorable. Take a look at his label and tell me you don't want to buy it right now just for cuteness factor. Plus, it has that homemade quality to the look that says "Im a small company and took pride in making this product." Right off the bat, I trust this KimChi. Labeling aside, let's talk about eating.... Matt's kimchi is delicious. There's a little gluten free flour on the ingredients list which I found unusual and wasn't sure if that would make the product taste a little heavy or gritty, but this was not the case at all! The KimChi was delicious and the thing I loved most about it was that it tasted very clean. The spice level was balanced, so there was none of the "this tastes like hot" going on where at the end of the bowl you have no idea what the product actually tastes like. Not with this kimchi! The flavors were bold enough to be pleasing, but well balanced enough that I could actually taste what I was eating. And for those of you who are wondering, YES! It's totally made from
