I didn't have enough in the house to make a pizza last night, so instead I made pizza breadsticks!
Ingredients:
2 cups Bobs Mill Gluten Free Flour Blend
1 Tbsp xantham gum
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp salt
Stir all the dry ingredients together.
Add in
1/2 cup coconut oil
8 ounces of tomato sauce
Stir the wet ingredients into the dough.
Mix in
1 finely chopped green pepper
1/4 finely chopped onion
shape the veggie dough into breadsticks and lay out on a pan
cover the top in a sprinkle of extra salt and a thin layer of thyme.
Bake on 350 for 25 minutes!
